The 7 Steps to Start a Coaching Business. In order, finally.
You can close the folder. This is the order I take my clients through, what it costs, what to charge, and what you get to ignore until later.
One request: read the steps in order, and do Step 1 today. Not after the website. Today.

Three rules for reading this guide
Go in order
The order is the whole point. Skipping ahead to the logo is how the folder got so thick.
Take Step 1 today
Post your offer of 10 free coaching sessions before you finish your coffee. Everything else gets easier once real people say yes.
Ignore the rest
If it isn't in these 7 steps, it can wait. Yes, even the podcast.

Back to Step 1
My first business started with a Facebook post.
I spent 20 years as a breast cancer surgeon, trained at Memorial Sloan Kettering and New York-Presbyterian, and ran my own practice for 13 of them. After I had my kids at 42 and 44, I left surgery to actually raise them.
My coaching business began with one post offering 10 free sessions. My first paying client was $100 an hour. No website, no logo, no funnel. Seven years, an iPEC executive coaching certification, and 2 online businesses later, that's still where I tell everyone to start.
So yes, Step 1 really is that simple. Go post it.
Want every step walked through, click by click?
The guide gives you the order. The Academy walks you through every step and every piece of tech so you build it yourself, with live calls where you bring me your questions. Waitlist members get first access, early-bird pricing, and a 1:1 call with me.

Hit reply and tell me which step you're on.
The email that brought you here came from me, and I read the replies. Just tell me the step number and where it went sideways. “Step 3, and I've rewritten my offer 11 times” is a perfectly good email.
And if you'd rather have the whole thing built for you, the Concierge is for exactly that.
