Physician Coaching Summit 2026

Done. You said yes to yourself. Look at you go.

Your slides and the 1-page checklist of the 5 steps to boundaries of steel are on their way to your inbox right now.

No strings, no catch, no 47-email sequence before you get them. They're yours.

What happens next

1

Check your inbox in the next 5 minutes for an email from me with both downloads.

2

Not there? Peek in spam or promotions. Conference wifi and email filters are not friends.

3

Save the checklist somewhere you'll see it the next time a yes is halfway out of your mouth.

Homework, but the fun kind

1 thing to try before the email even lands

You don't have to overhaul your whole life tonight. You just have to notice the moment. That's where every boundary starts.

The next time someone asks you for something this week, don't answer on the spot. Say: "Let me check and get back to you."

Then ask yourself if it's a real yes, or a yes you'll resent by Thursday.

If it's the second one, you already know what to do. And no, you don't owe anyone a 3-paragraph explanation with footnotes.

Want to keep going?

2 ways I can help, depending on what's draining you

Some of you want to keep working on the boundaries. Some of you want a business that stops undercharging you. Some of you, honestly, want both.

For you, the person

  • In English or Portuguese

In case we haven't officially met

Recovering people-pleaser. Former cancer surgeon. Still not great at saying no to West Coast Swing.

I spent 20 years as a breast cancer surgeon, including time at Memorial Sloan Kettering and New York Presbyterian, and 13 years running my own practice. I also got a stomach ulcer as a surgical resident from being nice to everyone except me.

Now I'm an iPEC-certified coach of 7 years, and I bring the same clinical rigor to boundaries that I used to bring to the OR. Just with more jokes and fewer scalpels.

Being nice isn't the problem. Being nice to everyone except you is.

Thanks for spending 30 minutes with me. Go check your inbox, then go disappoint someone a little. You'll survive. I promise.
