You're booked

It's a date. Well, a first date.

Your free This-Can-Be-Your-Life call is on the calendar. For a woman who usually schedules herself last, that's not nothing. You just put yourself on the list.

Check your inbox now. Your confirmation and a short survey are on their way.

What happens next

Three things before we talk

01

Find the email

Your confirmation has the date, time, and link. Add it to your calendar, and if it hid in spam or promotions, rescue it.

02

Fill out the short survey

A few questions so we skip the small talk and spend our hour on what matters. Honest answers beat polished ones. Nobody's grading this.

03

Protect the hour

Somewhere quiet where you can actually focus. Not in the car, not between patients, not with one eye on your inbox. Treat it like an OR booking.

What this call is (and isn't)

Not a sales call. Two people deciding if there's a second date.

We'll talk about what's going on in your life, why you want a change, and why now. Then we both decide whether working together is the right way to get you there.

If it isn't, I'll tell you, and I'll point you toward something that fits better. I spent 20 years as a breast cancer surgeon. I don't do vague, and I don't recommend procedures nobody needs. Either way, you leave with more clarity than you came in with.

One honest note: this call is for women considering coaching with me, not a pick-my-brain session. Prefer Portuguese? Tell me in the survey.

Optional pre-op

Want to get the most out of our hour?

No homework required. But if you have five minutes between now and then, sit with these:

Where am I saying yes when I mean no?

Which relationship is costing me the most right now?

If nobody else got a vote, what would I actually want?

Life happens

Need to reschedule? Just do it.

Use the link in your confirmation email, or write to me at manuela@doctorspivot.com. Moving it is far better than showing up distracted and half there. You'd be amazed how many women apologize three times for this. You don't need to.

See you soon,
Dr. Manuela
